ReturnsYou must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to return your items. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange. If you have any questions please call us 01530 515151.
Can I Cancel My Order? If you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. We don't process payments till the goods are being prepared for despatch so it's pretty easy to cancel an order before it's been sent out. However we do try to get all orders out ASAP so cannot guarantee cancellation. Once a package has left us you will need to follow our returns procedure which applies to any cancelled orders. Return your order as soon as possible (inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods and send it back within 14 days after you have informed us) but don't forget to obtain proof of postage. Bespoke, personalised, special or custom cut items cannot be cancelled.
Changed Your Mind After Receiving The Goods?We understand you may have changed your mind about something so if that's the case please fill out our returns form below or email sales@funkypen.co.uk to let us know something is on the way back. Goods need to be sent back to us by the 14th day after informing us of your return. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused and in the same, re-saleable condition as they were received. Ideally they must be in the original, unopened packaging. For business to business transactions, different rules apply. Please contact us. Please pack the item carefully and post it back to us at: Funky Pen Returns (insert your order number), Don't forget to obtain proof of posting and include your order number & any contact details on the inside. If we are refunding any postage from the original order, only the standard rate will be refunded. If you have paid extra for upgraded delivery, you will only receive the standard postage back. Please note, in the event a change of mind/cancelled order we cannot refund any postage charges that you have paid to return the goods to us. If you are exchanging additional postage costs may be applicable to resend a new item out to you. Different terms apply to business to business transactions where collection/re-stock charges may apply and all postage in non-refundable. Sorry but any bespoke / custom cut or personalised items cannot be returned. Faulty Goods / Wrongly Received Items?We promise to get any issues sorted as quickly as possible. Please report damage on arrival, incorrect or faulty items and shortages within 7 days of receipt by emailing sales@funkypen.co.uk or by filling out the form below. Retain any packaging & sign for the goods as damaged (where possible/applicable). Photographs are useful. Our course of action will depend on the situation. If asked, please pack the item carefully and send it back to us at: Funky Pen Returns (insert your order number), Don't forget to obtain proof of posting and include your order number & any contact details on the inside. For small parcels under 2kg and measuring less than 45x35x16cm you can Royal Mail Second Class. We will reimburse reasonable postage charges for you to send the goods back to us, provided the cheapest method possible has been used for your parcel and agreed in advance. Please retain the receipt. If you wish to use the signed for option, it is at your own expense. For larger/heavier parcels please contact us to discuss best method. For certain orders, we will arrange collection. Once the goods are back to us, we will contact you to complete the exchange, credit or refund. Returns FormThis will help us to process your return quicker. Please ensure your return package is clearly labelled with your order number so we know who it is from. |
