We can offer certain boards ''cut to size'' - please email sales@funkypen.co.uk with the weight, size, quantity and delivery postcode and we will aim to reply with a quote & lead time within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) - Any cut to sizes orders can sometimes take around a week to be cut & processed before despatch, although we try to minimise this where possible. Please note that there will be a minimum charge of £20 plus postage for this service, at our discretion. We can't give quotes immediately over the phone so please email.
Delivery
If you are not sure about your carriage charge, the easiest way to check is add required items to your basket and enter your postcode.
All board is delivered flat. It is not rolled or bent into a box.
We will always try to ensure that you receive a consistent product for your order, however please bear in mind that you will still receive the correct weight you have ordered but there may some variation in 'shade' and possibly 'smoothness' etc.. between different orders.
Delivery Charge For This Item
The delivery charge depends on the what you are ordering, the weight and value.

In order for us to keep our prices are competitive as possible, we have separate delivery charges for certain items. On orders where the combined weight is below a certain value the delivery charge will £3.50 and the item will most likely be sent with Royal Mail. Orders over this value will have to go with a courier and will be charged at £6.95. If your order is over £75, then delivery will be free.
As a general rule, if you order a few sheets of a lightweight board, it will probably be £3.50. If you order heavier weights, a large quantity or most A3 or A2 then it will most likely be £6.95. Sometimes you might be able to combine a couple of lightweight options and still pay £3.50.
So, if your order includes Specialist Card & Board (inc Greyboard) the following packing & delivery charges will usually apply (unless otherwise stated):
Order value £49.99 & Under - Shipping Charge will be £3.95 or £6.95 (weight dependent, delivery aim 3-5 working days)
Order value £75 and over - Free Standard Delivery.
If you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery (delivery aim within 2 working days) it will be £11.95. Please contact us before ordering.

Unfortunately due to our carriers having postcode restrictions the delivery charge will be a flat £12 regardless of the value of your order for customers in the following postcodes:

However if you are ordering from these postcodes and you wish to obtain a personalised delivery quote, please email sales@funkypen.co.uk prior to ordering with the product codes, quantities and your postcode and we will see what we can do. For example if you are ordering something small & lightweight, we may be able to send it with Royal Mail cheaper instead. Please note than A2 Board will always be sent with a carrier.
